The French do apartments so well and this Paris apartment is no exception. Nothing overdone, just great floors, high ceilings and french doors and windows that let in lots of natural light. I also like how they have kept the furnishings to a minimum to let the apartments great features take priority.

There is something with European interior design (and design in general). I just thought about it after posting about the Madrid apartment. I think there is something about their laid back lifestyle that you see in those spaces. That plus being naturally born stylists I guess...

i don't understand why any building wouldn't have high ceilings and wooden floors - it should be mandatory!
