A little bit of spring gardening .....
the garden was overdue for a bit of a clean up
(you may remember the pics at the end of this post) .....
I'm really happy with our salad and herb garden ....
kale, basil, parsley, baby spinach and rocket as well as beetroot leaves and lettuce ...
the old horse trough makes the best planter .....
(I wish we could find some more)
It would look a lot nicer without all the wire but we share our garden with some very greedy bush turkeys so it is very needed ...
.... it really is lovely to look down from the deck onto a nice loved garden.
Hope you had a great weekend

What a glorious garden you have. My goodness, what a scene to look down to from the house! Everything looks so green and healthy too.
You have a beautiful garden, I love how the swing blends in. Mimi xx
Happy gardening, we are just winding down for winter, sigh.
What can I say:" You are SO lucky!!!"
Such a green beauty you got there! Enjoy it! :)
I like that swing :)

I love your garden Mandy. My garden down here on the Mornington Peninsula is a bit of a jungle..lots of trees and planta and paths but these are the sort of gardens i like! :)
I just found your blog via Solid Frog...here in beautiful Vancouver, Canada, we are full swing into fall with cooler days, wind storms and leaves everywhere...your garden is beautiful. I wish I was still enjoying summer, our summer was very rainy this year so it hardly felt like summer...I look forward to reading through your past post and your future ones too :)
Wow - your garden's beautiful! It's so lovely and green - it looks to have a few nice quiet hidey-holes too! I think my favourite is the swing!
