We finished painting our new little space today ....
you may remember the "before" here
(the dogs have done the final inspection) ....
and we are all really happy with it ....
(I will get a better shot when everything is put back) ....
.... it feels so fresh and nice
just in time for summer.

That looks absolutely spectacular. I love the vaulted estranged white roof, it gives it such a unique feel. I remember working on one of those in Jersey a few years ago and coming up short with the tools, had to bribe the local store (UK Tool Centre) to stay open for us otherwise we'd lose the contract! Kudos for doing it all yourself.
The little renovation you did had a big impact on this part of your house. I like it better than the old design, which had no extended window. It looks like a porch or deck now. The additional windows look so beautiful too. They all match together quite nicely. I think you just need a little more improvement on your floor. But if it’s still working nicely for you, then it would be more economical to just stick with it in the meantime.
